Information we collect
We collect account details you provide, such as your name and email address, along with content you choose to save, including watchlists, portfolio entries, goals, journals and IPO tracking information. Passwords are stored as cryptographic hashes rather than readable text.
How we use information
We use information to operate and secure accounts, provide requested features, recover passwords, prevent abuse, troubleshoot failures and improve MarketLence.
Service providers
We use service providers for hosting, database storage, market data, media delivery, email, optional usage analytics and uptime monitoring. These may include Hostinger, MongoDB Atlas, Upstox, Cloudinary and Google Analytics. They process information according to their own terms and privacy commitments.
Browser storage and analytics
MarketLence uses browser storage to maintain your signed-in session and remember selected preferences. Optional analytics remain disabled unless you select “Allow analytics.” We do not intentionally send account credentials, portfolio values or search text to Google Analytics.
Retention and security
We retain information while your account is active or as needed to provide services, resolve disputes and meet legitimate obligations. No internet service can guarantee absolute security, but we use access controls, encryption in transit and restricted administrative functions.
Your choices
You may request access, correction or deletion of personal information by contacting care@marketlence.com. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.
