Using MarketLence
By accessing MarketLence, you agree to use the platform lawfully and only for personal or otherwise authorized purposes. You must provide accurate registration information and protect your account credentials.
Prohibited activity
You may not attempt unauthorized access, disrupt the platform, upload harmful material, scrape at a rate that harms service availability, impersonate another person, bypass security controls or use MarketLence to violate applicable law or third-party rights.
Third-party information and services
MarketLence may display information or links supplied by exchanges, issuers, brokers, news providers and other third parties. We do not control or guarantee third-party availability, accuracy or policies.
Availability and changes
Features may change, be suspended or become unavailable. We may restrict accounts that threaten security, abuse the service or materially breach these terms.
No warranties
MarketLence is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or that all information will always be complete, current or error-free.
